Job Description: Engineering Technician
• Will be responsible for introducing new products into the production line. They will review the customer's documentation package and all manufacturing requirements needed to build a quality product. Work instructions will need to be developed. The technician will also need to work closely with production personnel to resolve any issues. The key candidate will have the following qualifications:

1. A strong understanding of SMT and printed circuit board assembly
2. Some mechanical knowledge may be required
3. Familiar with quality standards and inspection requirements (IPC,ISO,Mil Standards a plus)
4. 2-3 years experience working with electronic equipment
5. Proficient with Mircosoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
6. Capabale of collecting and analyzing quality data
7. Interfacing with the customer and vendors
8. Willing to work hands-on in the products assembly process
9. Good communication skills, written and oral
10. Must be self motivated and able to work independently |

Job Description: Test Technician
• This position is responsible for functional test, must have strong troubleshooting testing and repair experience, a background with test equipment, and a strong computer software background. This position will interact with our customers technical representatives to develop functional tests.

Job Description: Quality Inspector
• This position is responsible for the inspection of PCB's and mechanical assembly. Must be able to read blue prints and use inspection tools as needed to determine accept/reject conditions of product. Must be able to perform First Articles and line set-up verification.

• Perform various duties in the manufacturing of PCB assemblies. Hand soldering of components, component prep, touch up and rework of PCB's.

Job Description: Mechanical and Cable Assembly
• This position will do mechanical work in our systems area. Must be able to read wiring diagrams and blue prints. Wiring harness experience a plus.
